Mechanical or Electrical Designer 

JOB DESCRIPTION
Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for building construction projects in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines.
Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Utilize CAD software to create 2D drawings and BIM models.
Review shop drawings and submittals from contractors.
Maintain accurate project documentation and file management.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Aided Drafting or related field. 
Excellent verbal, written and computer skills.
Ability to perform under time constraints.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Ability to work in a team environment and learn from Senior Engineers.
