Representative Projects

Northrop Grumman Cleanroom Expansions

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for Northrop Grumman cleanroom expansions totaling approximately 22,000 sf. Directed cleanroom HVAC strategy, pressure cascade approach, process utility integration, mechanical room planning, and rooftop equipment coordination while guiding phased design and construction support for active mission systems manufacturing spaces.

Solid Power DVPR Dryroom and Laboratory

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for the Solid Power DVPR dryroom and laboratory fit-out. Led HVAC strategy for the 4,400 sf suite, including minus 45°C dewpoint dryroom design, utility coordination, electrical-classified area considerations, free-standing mechanical support coordination, and construction administration for equipment installation.

L3Harris ISO 7/8 Cleanroom Suite

Served as lead mechanical engineer and project manager for the L3Harris ISO 7/8 cleanroom suite in Amityville, NY. Directed concept design, major equipment selection, chilled water strategy, makeup air approach, FFU coordination, process exhaust design, utility extension planning, code review, construction documents, bid support, and construction administration services.

Trumpf Photonics EPI Cleanroom Expansion

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for the Trumpf Photonics EPI cleanroom expansion. Directed cleanroom HVAC, process utility, gas cabinet, VMB, TGMS, emergency exhaust, process cooling water, makeup air, UPS, and generator coordination for ISO 7/8 semiconductor manufacturing spaces with hazardous process gas systems.

Solid Power Plant #2 Dryrooms

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for Solid Power Plant #2. Directed HVAC design for three minus 45°C dewpoint dryrooms within a pilot plant, including early dehumidifier coordination, base-building interface decisions, fast-track design management, construction administration, and technical coordination with the project delivery team.

Solid Power Dry Cleanroom #2

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for Solid Power Dry Cleanroom #2 in Louisville, CO. Led HVAC concept and final design for a 2,600 sf ISO 6/7 dry cleanroom, including dehumidification strategy, chilled water plant design, equipment support coordination, schedule management, and design-build construction support.

Millstone Medical GMP Cleanroom

Served as principal-in-charge and lead mechanical engineer for Millstone Medical GMP cleanroom. Directed MEP design for a 7,900 sf ISO 7/8 GMP suite, including makeup air, humidification, chilled water recirculation, HEPA filtration, FFU coordination, chiller integration, free-standing support structure coordination, and construction administration.
